Fossil as an Evidence of Evolution


Assignment: After observing several fossils in the classroom, write a comment in this blog or a paragraph in your notebook about the following two questions:

1. What did you learn after your fossil observation?

2. How is the fossil record an evidence of evolution?

    1.i learned how i can compare does fossils with different animal of our ages,them find some characteristic that are similar and different between fossil and today animal and i observe that most of this fossils are extinct,and the 5% that did not extinct,have change over time.

    2.a fossil record is an evidence of evolution because it describe us what similarities fossils share with today animal and tell us that fossil might be our ancestor.

  2. 1.in the observation of the fossil, my conclusion is that in the early time, the earth was moving aroud, also we can determine certern thing about the animal, we can know what they eat, how they move and where they live

    2.because the fossil shows some species are extinct and some species are unchanged, and it also shows that some species are share similarities with other species, it gives evidence to prove that we have come from these species or related to them.

    1 what i learned about a fossil is that a fossil is A fuel that is the remains of some living organism, probably vegetation or that lived millions of years its lives in bones or in the teeth ..
